Payment FAQ
QUESTIONS
Yes. Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe on an encrypted checkout page. SturdiTX never sees or stores your full card or account numbers.
ACH bank payments are the preferred method. CARD FEE POLICY — 2.9% processing fee applies to card payments.
Your $1,000 engagement deposit is credited in full on your final invoice of the engagement.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY — per your engagement agreement. If something comes up please reach out and we will always find a solution together.
